The temperature may take a few minutes to return to the steady temperature of around 78 degrees.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe recommend you change collection vessels at this point, you have completed\u003cbr\u003ecollecting the purest and cleanest neutral spirit. There is nothing wrong with the\u003cbr\u003eremaining neutral spirit that is being collected now, it will contain a slightly higher\u003cbr\u003epercentage of tails or feints and these will be removed in the filtering process. We\u003cbr\u003esuggest you use this product to make liqueurs.
