Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light Malt

Liquid Malt Extract with an ultra light colour and smooth body.

Unhopped light malt extract is light in colour and smooth in flavour. The concentrated wort is mashed and boiled using 100% NZ lager malt. Ideal to make pale ales, lagers and pilseners. Typically used in combination with a hopped malt extract to produce a full bodied beer with a smooth malt character.
