Characteristics:
A mild body and soft mouthfeel make up the perfect base to layer on a huge hit of hop flavours. Low bitterness and moderate alcohol makes this one great for all beer lovers all year around. This recipe comes with three hopping options, each includes a whopping 250g of hop pellets to deliver an intense, punchy flavour to your brew.

Mimosa Madness Pack
Fresh and fruity flavours with notes of mango, pineapple, orange and white grape. Great for those who love a real juicy IPA packed with fruit flavours. Features Galaxy, Amarillo and Nelson Hops.
Citrus Pine Pack
A great hybrid between a hazy and a west coast style IPA. Big soft mouthfeel and juicy character but with a more complex pine background too. Notes of Citrus, lemon and fruit and mild pine needle flavours. Packed with El Dorado, Motueka and Mosaic Hops.
Dank Pack
Rich complex dank flavours, reminiscent of cannabis and a pine forrest. Super popular hops that when used together create a wicked piney flavour with dank cannabis notes. A super interesting combination that is highly reccomended. Features Columbus, Mosaic and Chinook Hops.
The traditionalist pack
The three c hops that have stood the test of time. Packed with Citra, Cascade and Centennial this beer will give you a fruit bowl flavour with heaps of citrus notes and a major lemon lime character. Fresh and zappy and will always be a winner in the hearts of brewers and beer lovers alike.

What you need to brew this kit:
- 30L Fermenter with tap airlock and stick on thermometer
- Mixing Paddle
- Hydrometer
- Steriliser
- Bottles and bottling equipment (if bottling)
- Hop Bag to steep your grains
- Small cooking pot
Please note: ABV will be 0.5% higher when bottling and this kit does not include carbonation drops or priming sugar.
