Briess CBW Traditional Dark


Briess CBW are 100% malt extracts produced in America. This range is unhopped allowing the brewer to use pellet or hop cones to impart their own bitterness, flavour and aroma. Briess CBW can be used in place of malted barley to add malty flavours to extract or all grain beers. This extract grain bill consists of:


54% Munich Malt

30% Base Malt

13% Caramel Malt (60 Lovibond)

3% Black Malt
