Briess Red Wheat


(Torrified Wheat)

Similar to pale wheat malt red wheat adds a rich wheat flavour to beers. Great when used in wheat beers and traditional styles. Improves foam and head retention. Slightly higher protein content makes it a good addition to NEIPA and other hazy styles. Can be used in up to 100% of grist.
