Corn Grits - Maize
Ideal for: Bourbons
Used for cereal mashing, adds a distinct flavour and more complexity to bourbons. Great for brewers wanting to experiment or use in sour mashes. If you want to add corn to your beers we recommend using yellow corn flakes instead, we have used both and corn grits seem to work better with bourbons while yellow corn flakes work better in beers, giving a cleaner and more pronounced flavour.
