Air Still Pro

The Still Spirits Air Still Pro is a compact, self-contained electric distillation unit designed for small-scale alcohol or water distillation. It operates without cooling water, using an internal fan-based condenser system to simplify setup and operation.

This model introduces dual distillation modes: pot still mode for retaining flavour (ideal for spirits and botanicals) and reflux mode for higher purity neutral alcohol production. A digital temperature display and programmable automatic shutdown provide better process control, distillate quality and safety compared to earlier Air Still models.

The Air Still Pro is constructed from stainless steel with integrated power control, designed for use with standard 4 L charge volumes. It’s suited for experimental, home, or pilot-scale applications where low-volume, controlled distillation is required without complex equipment or cooling infrastructure.
