I really enjoyed this no fluff brew course. You're taught what you need to know and learn that things don't have to be perfect. I've brewed a little myself before doing this course and I got a lot of "1%ers" out of this. Thank you!

Ordered for pickup Friday night and got sent a ready for pickup email first thing Saturday morning. Really easy to use and great service when I picked up my grains and had a look around. Definitely going to be my new LHBS going forward

Very happy with the output. 4.5 litres at 92%.
Just did a small batch of a Dortmunder Export. BrewHQ suggested swapping out regular pilsner malt for this Floor-Malted variety. A couple of minor changes to mash and boil schedules. Produced significantly more trub than normal, but wow, what an incredible flavour in the end beer!! If you want to add more malt flavour to your lagers, definitely consider this grain!
It did have a little problem when I first got it so I had to modify one of the buttons to get it to work but now that I have done that its an amazing controller well worth the money especially pairing it to the Rapt Pill. There is so much you can do with it
Works fine. Delivery was very quick which I appreciate.
Made the beermakers larga along with the German yeast for the 1st time and it came out beautiful tast was spot on to my liking and had great head retention was fermented for 3 weeks and cold crashed down to 1.5⁰C then kegged very happy with the outcome
Easy brewing and pitched with BSY-L002 yeast. It never got a chance to condition fully because it was so clean, crisp and drinkable straight after kegging. It only got better with each session and was gone all too soon. Will definitely brew again.
These bottles arrived in same package as the broken slim bottle - completely intact, heavy, well made. Would recommend
Really lovely smooth flavour using either Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic or Elderflower Tonic. More like a Bombay Sapphire style, ...not too much lemon.
A very good all purpose gin.
