20L of fresh wort to produce a full bodied NEIPA bursting with hop flavour and aroma.

A full bodied hazy IPA with a light bitterness and big fluffy mouthfeel. A soft pillowy body serves as a rounded base for a myriad of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit flavours to shine. Ensure to generously dry hop for best (and juiciest) results.

Grains: Pilsner, Wheat, Honey Malt, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hops: Galaxy, Strata
Mash Temp: Sacc Rest - 68°C
Makes: 20 litres

Instructions:

1. Sanitise your fermenter and brewing equipment.
2. Ensure the temperature of the fresh wort is within range of your selected yeast strains ideal fermentation temperature.
3. Pour the contents of the fresh wort kit into your sanitised fermenter. Pour the fresh wort hard into your fermenter. Splashing of the wort allows the wort to dissolve oxygen which ensures a healthy fermentation.
4. Pitch the yeast into the wort.
5. Add the recommended dry hops (if applicable), as fermentation is nearly finished.
6. Ferment your beer until the gravity is stable.
7. Bottle or keg your beer.
8. Enjoy!

Great and easy Hazy IPA

Fantastic tasting and easy to use for days when you do t have the time or energy for 5 hours of brewing. Brewed mine with new Pomona yeast and it was fast and flawless. Shop was out of suggested hops so used kohatu, simcoe, citra cryo 👌

Belter!

Normally a grain brewer, have tried other FWK from BHQ with great success. This was a quick cheat to put down & ferment, then keg & develop while I was away for a 10 days just before NYE. Dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado (100g each). Ripping beer. Will go again soon

I normally only do all grain brewing, but I decided to try a fresh wort kit out in order to do a quicker brew. I am very impressed by the finished beer and will be brewing this again.

Amazing Neipa. Very happy with the brew. Have to be careful as it doesn't taste as alcoholic as it is. Has caught me out a couple times already. Will defiantly do more.

I'm onto my third Cosmic Juice, the last two turned out perfect, all my mates say better than NEIPA's on tap at pubs. Great price, I can't brew it myself for the price considering you get a cube also.
