Single hop XPA to allow the citrus flavours of Centennial to shine. Great for lovers of more 'traditional' IPA's.

Extra Pale Ale (XPA) sits in that sweet spot between a pale ale and an IPA. Typically brewed lighter in body and colour, the style is all about showcasing hops in a crisp, easy-drinking package without the heavy malt backbone or higher alcohol of bigger styles. Expect a bright, refreshing beer with a clean malt base that lets hop character shine through, often with lower bitterness and a focus on aroma and flavour.

In this single hop XPA, Centennial takes centre stage. Known as a β€œsuper Cascade,” Centennial delivers a punch of classic American hop character of bold citrus zest, floral notes, and a touch of pine. In this lighter style, those flavours really shine with bright grapefruit that leads the way, supported by delicate floral undertones and a subtle resinous edge.Β

A much loved style of beer by Aussies - featuring a large dose of Centennial hops to bring some bright lemon, citrus and pine with mild floral notes. Great for discovering the intricate flavours of a particular hop. Yeast flavours are very minimal as to keep the beers flavour profile balanced between malt and hops.
