Add a burst of ripe banana flavour to your creations with this concentrated essence. It’s a great choice for beers, liqueurs, and spirits, and works just as well in the kitchen for desserts, baking, or confectionery. Since it’s highly concentrated, only a little is needed to make an impact. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just a few drops will do, adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend testing a small sample first (around 200mL), adjusting the flavour until you’re happy, then scaling the dosage for your whole batch.
The 50mL bottle goes a long way, giving you plenty of room to experiment and great value for both small and large projects.
