Add a warm, earthy ginger character to your creations with this natural flavouring. Made with natural flavours and no artificial flavours, it brings out the deeper, more rounded side of ginger rather than the sharp spicy bite. Ideal for beers, liqueurs, and spirits, it also works well in desserts, baking, and other food applications. Since it’s concentrated, a little goes a long way. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually enough. In food, just a few drops will do, adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend starting with a small sample (around 200mL), fine-tuning the flavour, then scaling the dosage for your full batch.
