Concentrated vanilla flavour food essence.

Add smooth vanilla character to your drinks or recipes with this concentrated vanilla flavouring. Suitable for spiced rum, gin, dark or strong beers, and general food use. It provides the familiar vanilla notes found in bourbon and other oak-aged whiskies, adding depth and balance without sweetness. Because it’s highly concentrated, only a small amount is needed. Use about one capful per bottle for spirits, or a few drops in food. When adding to beer, test in a 200 mL sample first, adjust to taste, then scale up for the full batch.

We would also suggest keeping the dosage on the lighter side. When using vanilla too much can add an overpowering flavour that detracts from the overall flavour.
