This gin flavouring makes 2.25L of spirit with a classic flavour with strong notes of juniper, balanced by fresh berry and subtle hints of coriander and angelica. Its crisp, sweeter character is complemented by potent notes of raspberries, strawberries and blackberry undertones, leading to a refreshing and bright finish. This is a perfect summer drink that pairs with a sweeter mixer or complex tonic water. If you find a traditional gin too dry, this sweeter iteration is for you.
Instructions:
For 750mL: Mix one-third of the flavouring bottle with 730mL of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
For 1.125L: Mix half of the flavouring bottle with 1.1L of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
For 2.25L: Mix the entire flavouring bottle with 2.2L of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
