High-Quality Modular Copper Alembic Dome with 2" Tri-Clover Ferrule.

The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Dome is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits. When paired with the Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Condenser and the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30*, the Alembic Dome produces distilled water, hydrosols, and flavourful spirits.

The Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits onto most 25-35L Boilers including the Create+ 25L boiler, Grainfather G30, Brewzilla and Digiboil. The large copper surface area of this dome acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. The extra height of the column also helps to avoid puking, particularly when doing rum washes.

Compared to swan neck or onion style alembic sections the dome shape minimises rectification and allows more cogners to pass through into the final distillate, contributing to a more complex final spirit.

The Alembic Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories including extension sections, bubble plates, gin baskets and more. This adapter can be removed from the dome for use with older model threaded Still Spirits condensers.
