Whether you're crafting a crispy lager or creating a juicy pale ale we have you covered with all the dry yeast strains you could need. We think dry yeast gets a bad wrap, but in the past few years dry yeasts have made huge progress to the point that they can hold their own against liquid varieties.
Since yeast strains that can handle the dehydration process are so hardy, they are super resilient to temperature changes meaning you can pitch them dry without any off-flavours.
Expect to see liquid yeast here soon though.
