Black Rock Classic XPA Beer Kit - Formerly Dry Lager

A light bodied, crisp ale with a clean malt finish!

The Black Rock Classic XPA is a light-coloured ale. It's not as heavy, biscuity, and bitter as its big brother the Classic IPA, and is much more sessionable, clean, and crisp.

For even better results, combine with a can of -  Black Rock Unhopped Light Malt Extract (1.7kg), substitute the yeast out for a sachet of - Safale US-05 American Ale Yeast and add 50-220g of your favourite aromatic hop variety such as Ekuanot hop pellets or El Dorado hop pellets.

Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin. 

Please note: This product is currently undergoing packaging changes and will shift from dry lager labelling to an XPA label to better reflect the beer it produces.
