So versatile

What a great base for so many beers. Brewed this one with a nice cool fermentation with 2 x Saflager W-34/70 which did what it said, producing a clean balance of fruit and floral flavours. Everything about this beer is pleasant. After a few minutes of forced carbonation this has gone straight into the fridge for a few weeks of cold tenperature conditioning. I can almost see the clear rich foamy head on my first pour.

Probably our favourite so far! Very much like a lager but more “fresh”.

Fantastic

Before I tried this brew myself, I gave a sample to someone I had just met. He loved it and said it was exactly like 150 lashes but better. What more can I say, awesome product keep up the excellent work.
