Pride of Ringwood Hop Pellets were first developed in 1953 by Carlton and United Breweries. Its genetic makeup is a result of cross-pollination between high alpha Australian and Pride of Kent hops. For optimal results, add these pellets early in the brewing process to achieve bitterness, and add them towards the end for subtle notes of spice and fruitiness.
