A complex and distinct hop. Beers containing mosaic are easily recognisable. A strong fruity flavour profile with notes of melon, citrus and herbs. A descendant of Simcoe. One of the most common hops in New World Beers. High in Alpha acids. A great hop for IPA's and Pale ales.
