A traditional sloe gin with sweet and tart notes.

Natural Gin flavour. Fruits extracts blended with a light gin base base of juniper, coriander and cardamon. Exceptional flavour and aroma. Flavours 2.25 Litres. A traditional sweet and tart flavour  This carefully balanced blend of natural essences and extracts allows you to create a unique and artisanal blend of sloe gin that has the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness. The simple addition of the flavouring with the necessary ingredients yields a flavour profile that is sure to delight your taste buds.

Instructions:

Shake well and add to 1.9L 35% spirit (or vodka), add 300ml standard liqueur syrup/liquid glucose and flavour. Can use a Liqueur Base A pack instead. 
Alternatively add 1/3 of a bottle to 650mL of 35% spirit and add 100mL of standard liqueur syrup/liquid glucose.

Makes: 2.25L
