Developed by Washington State University and released in 2013, Cashmere hops are the successful union of Cascade and Northern Brewer. Boasting higher alpha acids than Cascade, they serve as an excellent dual-purpose hop with a smooth bitterness. Expect a multi-layered flavor experience. Each hop pellet offers a unique blend of refreshing hints of lemon, lime, and melon, complemented by a subtle yet satisfying herbal aroma.
