Creates a rich and roasty IPA featuring burnt toffee, roast and caramel notes. Pairs well with a large dose of boil hops for an assertive bitterness and a large dose of American citrus or resin hops in the fermenter for more hop flavour.

Recommended mash temp: 65℃ - 67℃
