This bourbon flavouring makes 2.25L of whisky liqueur with a bold cinnamon character. This fiery cinnamon blend is sure to ignite the senses. Expect a sweet finish with plenty of cinnamon. Serve ice cold as a shooter or mix with apple juice for an apple pie mixer.

Instructions:
For 750mL:Â Pour one third of the flavouring bottle and 150g of sugar into a 750mL bottle or jar. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with 38% alcohol (vodka) and shake until sugar is dissolved. Top up to 750mL with water for a smoother finish; or alternatively top up with 40% vodka for a bourbon with more sting.
For 1.125L:Â Pour half of the flavouring bottle and 225g of sugar into a 1.125 litre bottle or jar. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with 38% alcohol (vodka) and shake until sugar is dissolved. Top up to 1.125 litres with water for a smoother finish; or alternatively top up with 40% vodka for a bourbon with more sting.
For 2.25L: Pour the contents of the flavouring bottle and 450g of sugar into a 2.25 litre bottle or jar. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with 38% alcohol (vodka) and shake until sugar is dissolved. Top up to 2.25 litres with water for a smoother finish; or alternatively top up with 40% vodka for a bourbon with more sting.
