  • 1 x Black Rock Classic Brown Ale 1.7kg
  • 1 x Black Rock Unhopped Light 1.7kg
  • 2 cans of cherries in heavy syrup
  • 3 cups honey
  • 2.5 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of fresh ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 2 x 11.5g Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05
