2" Tri-Clover Beaded Silicone Seal

Replacement silicone seal for 2" sanitary tri-clover fittings.

2 inch tri-clover fittings are commonly used on commercial brewing equipment, professional brewing equipment and high end home brewing units.

Each side of this silicone gasket is beaded, with both sides having a ridge around the entire circumference. This ensures the gasket stays seated between two tri-clover ferrules with the corresponding valleys and isn't dislodged or misaligned which can leakage or a seal to fail.

Silicone has several properties that make it ideal for brewing applications including:

- Resistance to crinkling and wrinkling
- Low chemical reactivity, silicone is extremely chemically resistant
- Thermal stability, Silicone can handle temperature ranges from -100 to 250℃
- Ability to form watertight seals
- Doesn't support microbiological growth
- Low toxicity
- Doesn't stick to substrates with the exception of glass
