Black Rock Crafted Hazy is a moderately bittered, refreshing juicy ale. Supplemented with enhancing malts, oats, and wheat to produce a beautifully balanced beer. Expect a big creamy mouthfeel and sweet fluffy finish.
The Black Rock Bladder in Box (BIB) range does not require any extra fermentables, brew enhancer, brewing sugar, or sugar. All the fermentables are contained within the bladder. The kit also includes a specialty fermentis yeast, selected for the best results by the black rock team. We highly recommend dry hopping with 100-200g of dry hops with a high oil content for a juicy finish. Some great options include:
