Burnt Barrel - Smoked Porter - Extract Recipe Kit
A complete recipe kit for extract brewers. Includes all the ingredients as well as instructions to brew a delicious smokey porter. Includes an instruction sheet, plenty of malt extracts and good quality yeast. Smokey flavours complement a rich roasted backbone with notes of chocolate and dark roast coffee.
This recipe kit also includes some steeping grains to get even more fresh flavour into your batch so a hop bag is to make the steeping process easier.

Flavour: Big rounded malt body with roasted notes. Aftertaste of smooth smoke and lingering woody notes. Malt notes of dark roast coffee, chocolate, biscuit and a general smooth texture. Smoked flavour is apparent but mild and and drops off with longer conditioning times.
Aroma: Sweet smoked wood. Mild with lingering roasted notes and a burnt type finish on the nose.
Please note: ABV will be 0.5% higher when bottling and this kit does not include carbonation drops or priming sugar.
