Bring a smooth, nutty almond character to your creations with this concentrated flavouring. It’s versatile enough for beers, liqueurs, and spirits, and just as handy in the kitchen for baking or desserts. Because it’s highly concentrated, you won’t need much to get a bold result. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just add a few drops and adjust to taste. When using this to add some extra flavour to beer we would recommend taking a small sample, approx 200mL, and adjusting the flavour to your taste before scaling the dosage up for your entire batch. The 50mL size gives you more than enough to experiment with, making it great value for both small and larger projects.
