Bring a zesty, citrus kick to your creations with this concentrated lemon flavouring. Perfect for beers, liqueurs, and spirits, it also adds a refreshing brightness to desserts, baking, and other food recipes. Because it’s highly concentrated, you only need a small amount to achieve a bold lemon character. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually enough. In food, just a few drops will do, adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend testing a small sample first (around 200mL), fine-tuning the flavour to your liking, then scaling the dosage for the full batch.
