A dual use Australian hop boasting citrus, passion fruit and peach aromas. The intensity of the flavour mellows as the beer matures. It is particularly good when used as a later addition. Galaxy is seen all throughout the commercial brewing industry for its versatile use, great flavour and fresh citrus punch it delivers into beers. Galaxy also boasts one of the highest oil concentrations out of all the commercially available hops. This means this strain of hop is excellent when used as a dry hop or whirlpool hop in beers with very high oil contents such as IPA's and Hazy's.
