Authentic smoke flavour the easy way.

Cold smoking adds real depth to cheese, butter, salt, nuts and fish, but only if the smoke stays clean and the heat stays low. This 304 stainless generator does both. The low flow air pump feeds a slow, steady draft through the fuel, so you get a gentle smoulder rather than a hot, acrid burn.

The 1L hopper means you can load it once and walk away. In testing it ran for up to 12 hours on a full load of Lumber Jack Competition Grade pellets.* It mounts straight onto a chamber, smoke box, fridge or vessel, and pulls apart in seconds for ash disposal and cleaning. Being made from stainless steel also means this kit is dishwasher safe!

Instructions:

Mount the smoker to your chamber using the included screws, then:

  1. Remove the stainless cap and fill the hopper with smoking pellets.*
  2. Plug the pump into mains power and light the pellets through the holes on either side of the hopper tube using a jet lighter.
  3. Sit back and let the smoker run.

Features:

  • Heavy duty 304 stainless steel construction
  • 1L hopper gives up to 12 hours of clean smoke when fully loaded*
  • 20mm OD smoke outlet
  • Low flow air pump with 1000mm black silicone hose
  • Quick to mount, pull apart, empty and clean
  • Sturdy stainless lid (take care opening it when hot)
  • Stable base so it can sit on the ground or a shelf. Just line the outlet up with the hole in your smoking chamber.
  • Mounting bracket included if you'd rather fix it directly to your chamber, fridge or vessel

Tips:

*Burn time depends on your fuel type (pellets or chips), the wood variety (hickory, maple and so on) and the ambient conditions. We recommend pellets for consistent, repeatable results, and weighing them out beforehand so you can match fuel to smoke time.

If your pellets or chips go out after a short while, they need a bigger heat source to get going. Fill the hopper up to the outlet tube, place a red hot piece of charcoal or a burning wood block on top, then top up with more pellets or chips.
