K-Lok Male Replacement O-Ring Kit

Replacement O-rings for male K-Lok, male FatLock and male SnapLock fittings. 

They suit both the 3/4 inch and the more popular 5/8 inch female thread types. Each kit comes with 7 O-rings, as shown in the photo.

These are a direct replacement for the O-rings in your:

• KL04916 K-Lok Male x 5/8 Female Male (gas check valve)
• KL04947 K-Lok Male x Tap Shank Adapter
• KL07184 K-Lok Male x 5/8 Male (Liquid Check Valve)

When to replace them

If a K-Lok female fitting is weeping gas or beer at the connection, a worn O-ring is the first thing we check. They're cheap and quick to swap, and it's much less hassle than replacing the whole fitting. It's also worth having a look at them whenever you pull your kegging gear apart for a clean. A flattened, cracked or nicked O-ring won't seal properly, even if it looks fine at a glance.

Fitting tips

• Take the old O-ring out gently so you don't scratch the groove.
• Wipe the groove clean before the new one goes in.
• A light smear of food-safe lubricant helps it seat without twisting.
