Adds a yellow to bright orange colour to homemade cheese.

Derived from the seeds of Achiote trees grown in tropical regions of America. Used to create a typical yellow - orange colour in cheddar. Also used in some types of boutique blue cheese to create a beautiful colour contrast. Dosage will have no flavour effect on the cheese. Used for colour purposes only.
