A complex bourbon with a rye spice, dry finish and lingering bourbon sweetness.
This bourbon flavouring makes 2.25L of spirit with notes of rye, spice and herbal notes. Expect dried fruit and orange zest on a long, dry and warming finish that slowly fades into a characteristic bourbon sweetness. This flavouring is versatile and can be enjoyed neat but really stands out in cocktails thanks to its spicy character.

Instructions:
For 750mL: Mix one-third of the flavouring bottle with 730mL of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
For 1.125L: Mix half of the flavouring bottle with 1.1L of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
For 2.225L: Mix the entire flavouring bottle with 2.175L of 40% vodka or neutral spirit. Shake well to combine before drinking.
