A kilned lager style malt made form 2-row spring barley. Full bodied with a malty sweetness. Brings a more intense flavour than a traditional pale malt. Highly modified enzymatic profile means shorter mash times can be utilised with high percentage base malt grain bills. Great for using in SMaSH style beers with a more bold malty body.
