Liquid ginger beer concentrate. Produces a sweet finishing ginger beer with a refreshing ginger kick and fresh bite.

Dosage:

We recommend using 1kg of ginger beer concentrate for a standard ginger beer. If you like a ginger beer with a huge ginger kick 1.5kg or even 2kg can be used. Please note as more ginger extract is used your final gravity and sweetness will also increase.

For an alcoholic ginger beer dextrose or other fermentable sugar is required.
- 1kg of dextrose will produce an approximate ABV of 4%.
- 2kg of dextrose will produce an approximate ABV of 6%.

Yeast sold separately.

Artificial Sweetener:

This product uses Artificial sweetener to ensure the final product does not ferment out and leave a dry finish. The two sweetness used are Sodium Cyclamate and Sodium Saccharin.

Ginger beer concentrate

The best ginger beer concentrate I have used. I have done full strength, mid strength and alcohol free. That refreshing ginger kick is always there. A family favourite that is always in the kegerator.

Ginger Brew

Great Ginger flavour. Not too sweet. Extra bit of ginger spice with real ginger during fermentation. A family favourite.

Ginger beer

This time I didn’t try anything fancy just the bhq concentrate and some dry chilli flakes I had and 1/2 kilo brown sugar with the dextrose. Came out really good.

Fantastic

The spiced ginger beer is the best of four different brands I have tried, easy to make and so popular that I need to brew more batches and buy more brewing bottles.
