A fresh and punchy Hazy IPA with tropical, citrus and stone fruit notes, balanced with moderate bitterness and a smooth finish. Pours hazy gold with a white head.

ABV Approx.: 6.8% (based on using dextrose as the extra fermentable)

Yeast: M66 Hophead Ale Yeast 16 g
Dry Hops: Citra 25 g, Mosaic 15 g, Simcoe 10 g
Ingredients: Liquid malt extract [malt extract (barley, wheat, oat), hop extract, emulsifiers (gum arabic, E445), acids (lactic acid, citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol)], dried hops, dried yeast [yeast (yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate)), enzymes (pectinase, β-glucosidase)].

I’ll be making this again.

This has been my favourite Mangrove Jacks pouch to date, you could tell it was going to be fantastic immediately from opening the pouch as the smell was awesome. Was nice and easy to brew with all instructions included, only downside is it makes 18l whilst other pouches make a few more litres but ABV is higher. The end beer wasn’t very bitter, had a nice haze and very enjoyable.

This was a great brew. So quick and simple, now a go to for me...hopefully it will become a regular product.
