
Tannisol Powder - 10 Pack - Potassium Metabisulphite - Short Dated 02/25
Powder used for the prevention and treatment of all wine diseases.
Composed of: 95% potassium metabisulphite, 3% ascorbic acid and 2% tannin.
Tannisol powder act as an antioxidant during wine maturation as they are preferentially oxidised over your wine and flavour compounds such as esters, sugars and polyphenols.
Each packet contains ten x 10 gram sachets. Each sachet is sufficient to dose 100L of must before fermentation begins. Filtered red wines require 1 sachet per 100L as a preservative and antioxidant or 2-3 sachets in unfiltered red and white wines.
Keep in a dry cool area and keep sealed when not in use for maximum efficacy. Do not use two years after opening.
