Creates a Full bodied and sessionable English delight. Full of malty body with complex toffee and light burnt caramel notes. Finished with bread notes. Can be Estery or clean depending on yeast selection. Best enjoyed on a balmy winters night.

Recommended mash temp: 67℃ - 70℃

Beer Style: Best Bitter, English Mild
