About our all grain recipe kits:

All the ingredients you need to brew your own fresh, IPL using premium grains, hops, yeast and finings (if applicable). An instruction sheet including grain names and quantities, mash volumes and temperatures, kettle and fermenter additions and other guidelines are also included. Our all grain recipes are built and tested for Grainfather, Brewzilla, Guten and Braumaster systems, other brew systems are compatible too!

Flavour:

Light and crispy lager characteristics with a clean malt profile. Minimal body with a dry finish. Hop flavour is bright and powerful with notes of; citrus, pine, resin and fresh fruit. Minimal bitterness with an overall clean mosaic hop flavour.

Aroma:

Minimal malt aroma, clean and sweet bread notes. Hop aroma is predominant and intense, with notes of tropical fruit, pine and floral notes.

- 5.0kg Rice Lager Grain Bill (Specific Quantities are included on the recipe sheet)
- 100g Mosaic Hops
- 11.5g Fermentis W-34/70
- Whirlfloc Tablet
- Beer Clear finings
