An aroma hop coming from New Zealand. Unusual flavour profile with notes of blackberry and oak. A great addition for experimental beers, stouts, and sours but goes great with traditional styles. Medium to high alpha acid levels. Pacific Gem has a very high co-humulone content - use sparingly in the boil to avoid a harsh bitterness.
