Craft Distilling Yeast

Yeast for distilling with quality and flavour in mind. Different ester profiles on each of the yeast strains will provide a different bouquet and overall flavour. Whether that's vodka, gin, whiskey, rum or more your choice of yeast can drastically change qualities in your final product. Here we have included some of the yeasts that have yielded good results for our customers, this does not mean you can't use other strains and we encourage everyone to get creative!
