This blend provides a balanced source of assimilable nitrogen, vitamins, trace minerals, and growth factors tailored to support robust yeast metabolism under high-stress fermentation conditions typical of high-gravity worts or washes.

Increased congener production is critical for achieving desirable esters, aldehydes, and higher alcohols, which when properly matured on oak, contribute to the rich aroma, mouthfeel, and layered depth associated with premium dark spirits.

This nutrient is particularly effective when fermenting with yeast strains selected for ester development or during nutrient-poor fermentations such as molasses-based washes or grain-in mashes with minimal FAN (free amino nitrogen). We highly recommend pairing this with your pot distilled washes.

Use during the initial yeast pitch and optionally in staggered additions to avoid nutrient crash or stalled ferments. Especially recommended when aiming for spirits to be aged or matured, where flavour complexity is paramount.

Mixing Instructions:

Shake well before use. Add with yeast and stir well to dissolve, leave to
ferment according to instructions specified for selected yeast strain.

Up to 9 dosages per bottle, each dosage effective to up to 25L.
