Craft your next hard seltzer without the constant stress of re-pitching nutrients, watching ferments and dealing with stalled ferments. Now you can chose your own flavours and strength and create a seltzer that is truly your own!

Usage directions:

Add directly to approx. 20L fermentation volume, stir well and leave to ferment at 20-25 °C (68-77 °F) for optimum results. We recommend increasing your pitch rate if you are fermenting higher strength seltzers.

Storage recommendation:

Best before 24 months from production. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
