Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer Yeast and Nutrient
A yeast and nutrient blend especially formulated for making hard seltzer alcohol bases with a clean and neutral flavour and aroma profile. Craft your next hard seltzer without the constant stress of re-pitching nutrients, watching ferments and dealing with stalled ferments. Now you can chose your own flavours and strength and create a seltzer that is truly your own!
Hard Seltzer yeast and nutrient is suitable for all styles of hard seltzer.
Attenuation: High (90 – 100%)
Floccuation: High (5/5)
Alcohol Tolerance: 5% ABV
Add directly to approx. 20L fermentation volume, stir well and leave to ferment at 20-25 °C (68-77 °F) for optimum results. We recommend increasing your pitch rate if you are fermenting higher strength seltzers.

Best before 24 months from production. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
