A powerful and effective cleaner for all types of brewing equipment formulated with sodium percarbonate, which quickly and easily penetrates carbon or protein soils, helping to remove build up in kettles and brewing systems. Proven to achieve a high kill rate on a wide range of microorganisms, this is a fantastic option for cleaning and sanitizing beer lines, fermenters, pots, and more. Plus, it decomposes into non-toxic, food-grade elements for a safe, eco-friendly choice. During the decomposition process Sodium Percarbonate breaks down into hydrogen peroxide, water and sodium carbonate. Sodium per carbonate should be the first choice when cleaning due to its safety and minimal environmental impact. 

Dosage:

5-20g/L is generally the most effective zone for cleaning action. Prolonged soaking using sodium percarbonate is extremely effective at removing build up in kettles, at the very least making it easier to remove protein and organic build up with light scrubbing.

5g/L left to soak for 10+ minutes is effective for sanitising most brewing equipment, we recommend being more cautious and using a dedicated steriliser after to ensure an aseptic environment.
