Quickly and easily analyze to identify any potential problems and prevent them from impacting yeast health or slowing fermentation.

Ensure the pH papers do not get wet prior to use as this will impact your results.

Directions:

1. Take a sample using a pipette and drop it onto a piece of sample paper (blue strips)
2.Wait a moment for the indicator to react
3. Compare the colour of your sample to the reference colours on the packet and deduce a pH reading by matching the colour of the reference to the litmus paper.
