Weyermann Caraaroma Malt


A drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley. Delivers notes of roasted nuts, dark caramel, dried fruit while imparting deep amber and red hues to the finished beer. Increases body in final product. Use up to 10% for best results.
