Single hop XPA to allow the pine, berry and mango flavours of Mosaic hops to shine while being backed up by a fresh XPA malt backbone.
Extra Pale Ale (XPA) sits in that sweet spot between a pale ale and an IPA. Typically brewed lighter in body and colour, the style is all about showcasing hops in a crisp, easy-drinking package without the heavy malt backbone or higher alcohol of bigger styles. Expect a bright, refreshing beer with a clean malt base that lets hop character shine through, often with lower bitterness and a focus on aroma and flavour.
This single hop XPA puts Mosaic front and centre. One of the most celebrated modern American hops, Mosaic offers a complex mix of mango, blueberry, and citrus layered with earthy and herbal undertones. In a lighter, extra pale base, these flavours lead with juicy tropical fruit and berry sweetness balanced by a subtle dank edge.

A much loved style of beer by Aussies - featuring a large dose of mosaic hops to allow the complex pine, spice and mango flavours to shine. Malt flavours are fresh and crisp with a good amount go body but not enough to overwhelm the mosaic hop flavours. Yeast flavours are very minimal as to keep the beers flavour profile balanced between malt and hops.
