Light, sessionable, and refreshing bursting with passionfruit and floral aroma.

Pacific Ale is a vibrant, hop-forward style that originated in Australia and New Zealand in the 1980s and 1990s as craft brewers began experimenting with locally grown hops. Designed to showcase the bright, aromatic qualities of Pacific-grown varieties, this style quickly became a favorite for its refreshing drinkability and expressive fruit-forward character. Typically brewed with pale malts for a light to medium body.

You'll probably be familiar with this beer style if you've enjoyed a fresh pint of Stone and Wood pacific ale. You can expect similar floral and tropical character and crushable finish in this recipe.
